    An Espresso Roast has been developed inside the roaster for a longer period to increase caramelisation and body, which makes it ideal to be brewed on an espresso machine
    Filter Roast:
    A filter roasted coffee has been less developed in the roaster in order to retain more sharpness and acidity. This is better suited for manual brewing I.E. Pourover, Aeropress, French Press, Cold Brew etc

Description

BACKGROUND: Sugarcane ethyl acetate (E.A.) processing, commonly referred to as natural decaffeination, starts by fermenting molasses derived from sugarcane to create ethanol. The ethanol is then mixed with acetic acid which creates ethyl acetate to decaffeinate the beans

The coffee is produced by Montalvo Agproce in Tolima, Colombia, this tight-knit community of coffee growers ensures customers with their cup quality, fair trade and effort towards environmental conservation
