    An Espresso Roast has been developed inside the roaster for a longer period to increase caramelisation and body, which makes it ideal to be brewed on an espresso machine

    A filter roasted coffee has been less developed in the roaster in order to retain more sharpness and acidity. This is better suited for manual brewing I.E. Pourover, Aeropress, French Press, Cold Brew etc

Beyond the remarkable floral characteristic of a classic Yirgacheffe, these beans from the Adado farm offer complexity through their fruity sweetness. Perhaps that’s why Adado is dubbed one of Yirgacheffe’s best regions. Harvested at 2400 meters above sea level, its fully washed method guarantees a very clean cup.

    This is a delicious Yirgacheffe that hits all the classic notes that coffee from this region of Ethiopia is famous for. Highly recommend this coffee from Astur.
